Here are the minimum system requirements for Burnout Paradise for Windows XP and Vista
Windows XP (Service Pack 2 or greater):
- CPU: 2.8 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent
- RAM: 1 GB of RAM
- Graphics card: 128 MB Video card with Pixel Shader 3.0
- Internet connection: Broadband connection for online activation and online gameplay – 512 Kbps or faster
Windows Vista:
- CPU: 3.2 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent
- RAM: 1.5 GB of RAM
- Graphics card: 128 MB Video card with Pixel Shader 3.0
- Internet connection: Broadband connection for online activation and online gameplay – 512 Kbps or faster
Required Installation Size: 4 GB free hard disk space. The installation of DirectX 9.0c and saved games require additional hard disk space.
EA Download Manager Users require 8.16 GB additional space for temporary installation files.

Hey… I know that Burnout Paradise needs a high specs pc to be able to run the game… but I am confuse with the specs of my pc that I have. Here are my specs actually: Intel Pentium 4 (3.4 GHz), 2 GB DDR PC 400 RAM, 512 MB DDR2 X1650 PRO AGP (3.0 PS) and a Windows XP Service Pack 3… by the way I had a free space of 28.7 GB left in my Local Disk (C:). Now, do my specs can run the game perfectly…

i have p4 but without pixel shader can i play this game

well fellas, you can check your system ans test them in order to know whether your PC can run the game, in the next link http://www.canyourunit.com, then you type”burnout”, install the java complement and ready……about the shader model it needs 3.o as minimum, even the recondations is having sahder model 4.0!!!!!!!!hehehehehe hope this informantion was helpful..see ya….

i have 1gb of ram with p-4 3.00ghz an i have 3.0 shader model pixel and have graphics card of 256 mb but the game is not still running can u guess what is the problem
